About Ralmu

Ralmu is an independent guide to signing up for Binance, in Chinese and English. It is not affiliated with Binance and is written and maintained by the Ralmu editorial team. It covers three things: creating a Binance account, troubleshooting problems during sign-up, and completing identity verification or dealing with a rejection. It does not cover trading, deposits or withdrawals.

Sources. The guides are based on Binance's public Help Center articles, and each guide links the official pages it relies on. English pages were checked against the English versions of those articles. Sources were last checked in September 2026. Screenshots were taken from Binance's public web pages and app store listings, and each caption gives the month it was taken.

What was checked. We have not gone through sign-up and identity verification with a real account, and we don't complete any step on anyone's behalf. Screens that only appear after signing in, review outcomes and waiting times are described from Binance's official documentation, not our own testing. Button labels and flows change between versions; if your screen differs, follow your screen.

Corrections. If a step is out of date or wrong, email [email protected]; "Feedback" in the footer explains what to include. We will never ask for your password, verification codes or ID photos. Our referral link and code are explained under "Referral disclosure" in the footer.
